Chef Aladin, formerly of the West Orange Manor, Head Chef for Whole Foods, and Executive Chef at Nordstrom, enjoys creating healthy palate-pleasing dishes utilizing fresh organic ingredients. His culinary masterpieces please all five senses, like the beautiful Tuna Carpaccio with wasabi-infused edamame puree, shaved cucumbers, sesame & ginger, or the Moroccan Braised Lamb Shank with couscous, olive preserved lemons, carrots, and zucchini.
