Owner Gary Rockman and his partner Inna joined forces with Culinary Institute of America graduate Chef Aladin Nasser to bring this metropolitan bistro to Englewood.

Chef Aladin, formerly of the West Orange Manor, Head Chef for Whole Foods, and Executive Chef at Nordstrom, enjoys creating healthy palate-pleasing dishes utilizing fresh organic ingredients. His culinary masterpieces please all five senses, like the beautiful Tuna Carpaccio with wasabi-infused edamame puree, shaved cucumbers, sesame & ginger, or the Moroccan Braised Lamb Shank with couscous, olive preserved lemons, carrots, and zucchini.
