DoubleTake Deals GiftBucks ("GiftBucks") can be credited only to users with a DoubleTakeDeals.com account who have agreed to the DoubleTakeDeals.com Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

GiftBucks can be purchased only through the web site at www.doubletakedeals.com. Each purchase of GiftBucks generates a unique redemption code which must be entered at the same web site to be redeemed. The code can only be used one time. DoubleTake Deals is not responsible for lost or stolen codes.

GiftBucks can be spent on any deal available on www.doubletakedeals.com. If a user elects to use GiftBucks on a purchase, the available GiftBucks balance will be debited up to the purchase amount. If the balance is less than or equal to the purchase amount, the balance will be fully debited, and any difference must be paid via credit card. If the balance is greater than the purchase amount, the full purchase amount will be debited from the balance. The remainder of the balance will stay in the user's account and be available for future purchases.

Promo codes: If a promo code is used in conjunction with GiftBucks for a purchase, the promo code value will be subtracted from the purchase price before the balance of GiftBucks.

DoubleTake Bucks: DoubleTake Bucks (site credits earned from friend referrals or certain refunds) may not be used in conjunction with DoubleTake Deals GiftBucks within a single transaction. One or the other must be used for a purchase. Doubletake Bucks or DoubleTake Deals GiftBucks may not be used to purchase other DoubleTake Deals GiftBucks.

If you purchase a Discount Certificate using GiftBucks, and you request a refund as permitted by DoubleTakeDeals.com's Terms of Service, then you will receive the portion of your refund that was purchased with GiftBucks returned in the form of available GiftBucks credits. GiftBucks have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash or refunds to credit cards. DoubleTakeDeals.com reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the features and sale of DoubleTake Deals GiftBucks at any time in its sole discretion; however all valid purchased yet unredeemed and unactivated GiftBucks will remain available for future purchases on DoubleTakeDeals.com without fear of cancellation or expiration.

DoubleTake Bucks promotion offer open only to users with a DoubleTakeDeals.com account who have agreed to the DoubleTakeDeals.com Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

You can receive one (1) DoubleTake Bucks credit redeemable for $10 towards the future purchase of a deal from DoubleTakeDeals.com when a friend referred by you through your DoubleTakeDeals referral link completes his/her first non-discounted purchase of one or more Discount Certificates from DoubleTakeDeals.com after accepting your referral. It must be the referred friend's FIRST DoubleTakeDeals.com purchase. Discounts include those provided through promotion codes or other methods.

To accept your referral, your friend must sign up for DoubleTakeDeals.com through your referral link and create an account.

In order to receive a DoubleTake Bucks credit, you must invite your friend to sign up for DoubleTakeDeals.com by clicking on the "Refer Friends" link on DoubleTakeDeals.com and sending or otherwise sharing your referral link. After your link is shared, your friend must sign up for his/her DoubleTakeDeals.com account by accessing the DoubleTakeDeals.com website using the referral link and completing all required steps.

There is no limit to the number of friends you can refer nor to the DoubleTake Bucks you can receive. DoubleTake Bucks must be redeemed in $5 increments; there will be no refund or credit given for any unused portion of any DoubleTake Bucks. DoubleTake Bucks may not be used to purchase "DoubleTake Deals GiftBucks" (see above) or used in any transaction that include DoubleTake Deals GiftBucks.

DoubleTakeDeals.com is not responsible for any failure to award a DoubleTake Bucks credit due to incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete information entered by you or your friend(s), technical failures of any kind (including, but not limited to, malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in network hardware or software), technical or human errors which may occur in the administration of the DoubleTake Bucks promotion, or for any late, lost, undeliverable, incomplete, invalid, or misdirected referral email invites or sign-up requests. DoubleTakeDeals.com reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the DoubleTake Bucks promotion, or any part of it, at any time in its sole discretion.
